Thanks to our special dining offer, dining at the New Steine Bistro has never been better - Our recently re-launched AA Awarded Restaurant is now open 7 days a week from 6pm to 10pm, with early dining available for pre-show diners from 5.30pm.

Enjoy a 3 course dinner from our daily specials board - a sumptuous selection of our chef's specialities, many products locally sourced, with something to suite all tastes. Dietary requirements are catered for on pre-bookings.
