Private Dining in Central Brighton

The Trouville Room at the New Steine is the ideal location for private dining in Brighton. Suitable for up to 35 people Banquet style, we can provide for intimate occasions, corporate dining or party celebrations. With attention to fine detail, exceptional service and flexibility on all menu choices, the New Steine is the place to dine.

Prices start from as little as £8.50 per person for a canapé reception, up to £25.00 per person for a Gourmet Dinner (See sample menu), and we can cater for any dietary requirements. Our General Manager Stephane is more than happy to liaise directly with you to create the perfect menu and your choice of music and décor if need be.

For private dining, we also have a fully stocked bar within our New Steine Bistro, providing a wide selection of wines and champagnes, bottled beers, spirits, liqueurs, and soft drinks.
