Our Breakfast Buffet has a selection of freshly baked croissants, delicious Danish pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, selection of cheeses and cold meats, and fruit juices. Not to be beaten, the hot menu has a selection of English, Vegetarian or Vegan options, with all produce locally sourced and supplied from Sussex farmers.

Breakfast is available between 8am to 10am midweek and 8.30am to 10.30am at weekends.
For those with an early start breakfast is available from 7am. Fancy being pampered even more? Take advantage of our relaxed breakfast times and order continental breakfast in bed until 10.30am, an no extra charge. Go on - treat yourself!

In the evenings the New Steine Bistro transforms into a cosy Parisian restaurant, offering homemade French cuisine along with British fare. Surrounded by regular Art Exhibitions and mellow, chilled music, it is the perfect place to enjoy exquisite food in a welcoming environment.

Now open 7 days a week, with a choice of an extensive a la carte or daily 3 course special menus, we are able to offer something to suit all tastes.
